DEALS & DOLLARS: SOUTHEAST ASIA
• ChemT Biotechnology (Singapore) – AI biotech startup focused on biomanufacturing raised an undisclosed Seed round led by Wavemaker Ventures, with SEEDS Capital participating, bringing total funding to USD 5M.
• GreatAsic (Malaysia) – Semiconductor design company secured USD 6.9M Pre-Series A, led by Vertex Ventures SEA & India, with participation from Gobi Partners and Gobi Dana Impak Ventures.
• H3 Zoom (Singapore) – AI-powered inspection and asset intelligence company closed an oversubscribed USD 3.6M Series A, led by JRE Ventures, with backing from SGInnovate, M7 Holdings, Moringa Ventures, and others. • Vibefam (Singapore) – AI operating system for gyms and fitness businesses raised USD 1M Seed from an undisclosed Singapore-based family office.
• Synvo AI (Singapore) – NTU spinout specializing in deep tech AI secured USD 1M Seed from Fuel Ventures Asia. • GoVeda (Singapore) – AI-native patent intelligence platform raised an undisclosed Seed round to accelerate development of its IP tools.
• Libeara (Singapore) – Tokenization platform backed by SC Ventures closed a USD 14M Pre-Series A, led by GSR, with participation from Openspace Capital, Kyobo Life Insurance Group, AlloyX, and others.
• fileAI (Singapore) – Enterprise AI startup partnered with JRE Ventures, including an undisclosed strategic investment from the corporate venture firm.
